About the Role

As a Design Coordinator you will support the design and delivery of projects, collaborating with architects, planners, designers, and technical experts to address complex design challenges while emphasizing resilience, sustainability, and innovative building technologies. • Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques and modifications to construction documents. • Perform assignments with general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager. • Work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures. • Write specifications covering architectural matters and conduct code reviews. • Assist Project Architects, Architectural Coordinators, or Technicians across all project phases.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Architecture. • Experience in healthcare, educational, civic, science, or research facilities. • Experience or interest in sustainable design/LEED. • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3‑D Studio Max. • Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field. • Eligibility to obtain future professional registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related tools. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
