About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for the community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resident relations while working closely with the Community Manager. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders, ensuring timely repairs and replacements. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct hazards. • Manage maintenance inventory, budget, and preventative maintenance program to extend property life. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, providing daily performance checks and coaching. • Oversee vendor activities, obtain bids, and ensure quality and expediency of construction and rehabilitation projects. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and uphold community policies. • Maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations and lead safety training. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and general upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.
