About the Role
The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) is responsible for generating revenue by using a consultative selling approach to sell WM services to small and medium‑business customers of medium complexity. The role involves cold‑calling campaigns, lead generation, and handling referrals, with a primary focus on creating one’s own sales leads and prospects. A successful ISE consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly activity goals and maintains high customer satisfaction. Key duties include researching potential customers, preparing marketing materials and pricing plans, and conducting pre‑sales activities to understand client needs. The ISE presents WM products and services in a consultative manner, adjusts sales techniques based on the prospect, and addresses objections to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements. After closing a sale, the executive completes post‑sale administrative work to ensure successful product or service implementation. • Generate revenue by selling WM services to small/medium business customers using a consultative approach. • Conduct cold‑calling campaigns, lead generation, and follow up on warm referrals. • Research prospects and prepare marketing materials and pricing proposals. • Present WM solutions, tailor sales techniques, and overcome objections to close deals. • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clear next‑step commitments. • Complete post‑sale administrative tasks to ensure successful implementation. • Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Work in a professional office setting using standard office equipment.

What You Bring
