About the Role

In this role you will co‑create the vision, roadmap and operating model for the COE, define scope, governance and maturity objectives, and refresh existing change and PMO methodologies into a unified framework that aligns with enterprise transformation standards. You will lead the development and execution of change management strategies for key initiatives, design regular communication and engagement schedules, and contribute to operational governance forums while reporting on metrics such as user adoption and training delivery. The position also involves uplifting change and PMO capabilities by delivering training, mentoring the Change & PMO Analyst, building strong partnerships with Operations, HR, Technology and regional business leaders, and defining KPIs to track adoption and readiness. • Co‑create the vision, roadmap and operating model for the Change & PMO Centre of Excellence. • Refresh and integrate existing change and PMO methodologies into a unified framework. • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for key initiatives. • Design and implement communication and engagement schedules, including champion networks. • Contribute to governance forums and report on change performance metrics. • Provide training and mentorship to leaders, project managers, analysts and the Change & PMO Analyst. • Build partnerships with Operations, HR, Technology and regional business leaders across APAC and EMEA. • Define and track KPIs for change adoption, readiness and engagement effectiveness. • Maintain awareness of external best practices to continuously improve frameworks.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have 7‑10 years of experience in change management, transformation or management consulting, a proven record of leading cross‑functional projects in large matrixed organisations, a relevant bachelor’s degree (post‑graduate preferred) and, where possible, a change‑management certification such as Prosci or APMG. • Possess 7–10 years of experience in change management, transformation or management consulting. • Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional change projects in large matrixed organisations. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred. • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is advantageous. • Prior experience with leading consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey or BCG.
