About the Role
Manage the scope of engineering work, schedules, change management and closeout for assigned project elements, monitoring progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Identify and document changes in scope and coordinate with authorities and agencies for approvals and handover of project services. What You Bring
A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and at least 15 years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure and community development projects, preferably in Dubai, is required. Recent substantial experience in community development projects is essential, along with knowledge of NOC procedures, commissioning, and Dubai government authority specifications. Strong communication, technical, and computer skills, as well as knowledge of construction health, safety, and environmental standards, are also required. Desired skills include excellent interpersonal abilities, teamwork, mentoring staff, and effective coordination with clients and stakeholders.
