About the Role
The role involves developing, publishing, and maintaining warranty analytics dashboards for the Electrical Sector product lines and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as quality, sales, engineering, warranty operations, field service, and finance. You will identify emerging trends, conduct deep‑dive analyses, and propose product‑improvement projects while leading PPIT/CAR and problem‑solving initiatives for top warranty issues. Continuous improvement of the dashboards using AI/ML technologies to enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency is also expected. • Develop, publish, and maintain warranty analytics dashboards for Electrical Sector product lines. • Interface with internal customers (quality, sales/marketing, engineering, warranty ops, field service, finance) to deliver dashboards. • Identify emerging trends, perform deep‑dive analyses, and propose product‑improvement projects. • Drive PPIT/CAR and problem‑solving projects for top warranty issues. • Continuously improve dashboards using AI/ML technologies for speed, accuracy, and efficiency. • Serve as subject matter expert for product warranty claims and sales data across multiple databases. • Publish reliability reports including Top N, Accruals, PPM & CPU, and PPIT/CAR rankings. • Lead periodic PPIT/CAR meetings to drive product‑reliability improvement and reduce warranty cost.

What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline and 0‑2 years of experience in reliability or warranty analytics are required. Desired qualifications include experience with field data analysis, warranty processes, electrical product knowledge (e.g., UPS, switchgear), and proficiency with tools such as PowerBI, Minitab, Reliasoft, 8D methodology, and R/Python programming. Strong process‑management, deep‑dive analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making, results orientation, and interpersonal skills are also valued. • Understand electrical product families, functions, and physics‑of‑failure failure modes. • Hold a bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline. • Possess 0‑2 years of experience in reliability or warranty analytics. • Experience in field data analysis, data analytics, and warranty process deployment. • Knowledge of electrical/electronic components such as UPS and switchgear. • Proficiency with warranty analysis tools: PowerBI, Minitab, Reliasoft, 8D methodology, R/Python. • Experience with AI/ML technologies for large datasets. • Strong process‑management skills: organizing people, measuring outcomes, simplifying processes. • Deep‑dive analytical mindset using rigorous logic and data. • Data‑driven decision‑making ability. • Proven drive for results and ability to exceed goals. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
