About the Role

The analyst will ensure the CMMS platform functions correctly, load and manage data for rollout waves, coordinate with offices on data readiness, and resolve tickets promptly while conducting root‑cause analysis to preserve data quality. You will also provide training to Area offices and CMMS administrators, facilitate user testing, gather feedback, and collaborate with product teams on new feature rollouts. Technical duties include building low‑code/no‑code solutions, delivering operational and quantitative analyses, and performing data cleansing and manipulation to enable actionable reporting. • Ensure CMMS integrity and full functionality, including loading and managing area data for implementation waves. • Coordinate with Area offices on data workbooks and technical preparedness, monitor the ticket queue, and resolve requests promptly. • Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve system or data‑related issues to maintain data integrity across platforms. • Train Area offices and CMMS administrators on new releases, system usage, and best practices. • Facilitate technical user testing, gather feedback, and support rollout of new features with product management. • Develop low‑code/no‑code solutions to meet operational and business needs. • Provide operational and quantitative analysis, including data cleansing, manipulation, and actionable reporting.

What You Bring

We are seeking a dedicated CMMS Operations Analyst to support client CMMS systems across global Area offices. In this role you will maintain system integrity, manage area data, support implementations, perform technical analysis, and deliver training programs. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in information sciences, business or a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, strong data‑analysis skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication, the ability to work independently, and experience collaborating across cultures are also essential; preferred experience includes Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps.
