About the Role
The Project Controls Lead will oversee the controls function for an infrastructure programme, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance. The lead will establish effective control processes in line with state and federal regulations and support the Program Controller at the territory and project levels. What You Bring
The role is a senior Project Controls position suitable for professionals with rail, aviation, highways or defence experience, based in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must have at least eight years of infrastructure programme or project controls experience and be willing to work three days per week on‑site at the client office. Applicants should possess strong budgeting, cost‑tracking, forecasting and earned‑value analysis experience, as well as solid data‑analysis capabilities and the ability to work across teams. Required technical skills include proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and other discipline‑specific software, complemented by excellent oral and written communication. • Minimum 8+ years of infrastructure program/project controls experience in the US • Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and earned‑value analysis • Strong data analysis and cross‑team collaboration skills • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and other discipline‑specific software • Excellent oral and written communication abilities • In‑office presence required three days per week in Baltimore

Benefits
The full‑time position offers a base salary range of $175 K to $190 K, determined by role, level and experience, and is part of a competitive total compensation package.
