About the Role

The operator will assist every stage of utility construction for telecom projects, handling a range of light construction machinery and ensuring it remains serviceable. You will address onsite challenges, interpret utility locates, and maintain crew safety while driving productivity. • Operate light construction equipment (backhoes, cable plows, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers) and perform required maintenance. • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Read and interpret utility locates and above‑ground utility indicators to safeguard crew and boost productivity.
