About the Role
The Project Director will oversee major developments in Dublin, collaborating with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. The role also supports business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the firm’s real‑estate portfolio in the region. • Lead delivery of complex commercial, hospitality, retail and mixed‑use projects in Dublin. • Provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams from project inception to completion. • Ensure high‑quality delivery standards and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. • Drive business development by spotting opportunities and expanding the real‑estate portfolio. • Manage large‑scale programmes using various procurement routes and contract forms.

What You Bring
• Bring 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale commercial and real‑estate projects. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Irish construction market and an established local network. • Hold a degree in construction, engineering, architecture or a related discipline; professional memberships (e.g., RICS, CIOB, PMI, APM) desirable. • Exhibit proven leadership capability in team management and client engagement.
