About the Role
The Account Manager will sell subscriptions and online advertising products to a diverse client base, ranging from small independent agents to large property owners, fund managers, and brokerage firms. Starting with a defined territory and a limited number of existing accounts, the role emphasizes acquiring new business while also growing revenue from current clients. • Sell subscriptions and online advertising products to a wide range of real‑estate clients. • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while acquiring new business. • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs. • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demonstrate, close, onboard, train, and renew accounts. • Deliver high‑impact in‑person product demonstrations. • Provide market insights to surveyors, owners, investors, lenders, and service providers. • Represent CoStar at industry events and network with property professionals.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships, strong communication and objection‑handling skills, and excellent organizational abilities with a metric‑driven work style. A degree or equivalent experience, a consultative selling style, knowledge of commercial real estate (or a strong interest in it), the ability to navigate complex organisations, and a valid UK driver’s licence are required. • Demonstrated ability to maintain and expand client relationships over medium‑ to long‑term cycles. • Strong communication, presentation, and objection‑handling capabilities. • Excellent organisational skills with a data‑driven, metric‑focused approach. • Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience. • Consultative selling style combined with account‑management techniques. • Relationship‑building mindset with a focus on client problem‑solving. • Knowledge of commercial real estate or asset management is advantageous. • Experience with property portals or marketplaces is a plus. • Ability to navigate large organisations and identify decision‑makers, influencers, and blockers. • Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
