About the Role
The Senior iOS Engineer will join the Irvine, CA team, working four days onsite and one day remote, to support multiple software products such as homes.com and homesnap.com. The role has direct impact on highly visible web applications that serve millions of users and involves continuously learning emerging technologies and architectural advancements to improve Homes’ software products. • Develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of users • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen CoStar’s platform and development practices • Create user interface layouts and integrate with backend web services • Design and develop highly reusable and maintainable systems and libraries • Collaborate with other iOS developers and cross‑functional teams to share improvements

What You Bring
• Understand CoStar’s product architecture and contribute ideas • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college or university • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers • 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications • Expertise in Objective‑C, SwiftUI/Swift, Cocoa Framework, Xcode IDE, and Interface Builder, with a passion for continuous learning and skill sharing • Strong knowledge of OOP design patterns, including MVC, MVVM, and Dependency Injection • Passion for mobile applications and creating engaging user experiences • Ability to turn ideas and code into optimal customer experiences
