About the Role

The role involves contacting customers, inspecting and repairing sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial and residential settings—including wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge and fire pumps. Technicians follow troubleshooting procedures, interpret blueprints, manuals and schematics, and complete electronic service acknowledgements with proper coding and signatures. The position includes a Monday‑Friday day shift with overtime as needed and participation in an on‑call rotation. • Inspect and repair commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, fire pumps) • Follow troubleshooting procedures and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics • Complete electronic service acknowledgements with proper coding and customer signatures • Participate in an on‑call rotation and perform other assigned duties

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Texas Sprinkler License (FEL‑A/FEL‑K) and have 2‑5 years of fire sprinkler inspection experience, as well as the ability to read blueprints and operational manuals. Physical requirements include lifting 50‑70 lb, climbing ladders or scaffolding up to 40 ft, and working in confined spaces, with flexible hours and occasional travel. Additional qualifications include strong customer service, organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug tests; NICET Level II and RME‑I licenses are preferred. • Required Texas Sprinkler License (FEL‑A/FEL‑K) and 2‑5 years fire sprinkler inspection experience • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product manuals • Physical ability to lift 50‑70 lb, climb ladders/scaffolding up to 40 ft, and work in confined spaces • Strong customer service, organizational skills, and safety compliance • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; pass background and drug test • Preferred NICET Level II and RME‑I licenses
