About the Role
The analyst will provide daily IT support for the local office and serve as a Helpdesk resource for end‑users across the region. What You Bring
Candidates should have a passion for technology, strong communication and customer‑service skills, and the ability to travel between offices. Required education includes a Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (0‑2 years experience) or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years experience, plus knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic networking.
