About the Role
The Sales Executive role in Pittsburgh joins a growth‑oriented, innovative team delivering sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. The position involves prospecting, market research, product demos, and advising clients on campaign frequency, reach, and ROI using proprietary analytics, supported by extensive classroom and field training. • Build and maintain client relationships using consultative sales to drive advertising revenue. • Prospect new clients with CoStar’s property data to generate new business. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, CRE trends, and market territory. • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication and market insights. • Conduct in‑person meetings and travel as needed to grow client portfolio. • Engage senior/C‑suite executives to build long‑term partnerships (preferred). • Analyze data and produce strategic reporting based on market trends (preferred). • Participate in 401(k) with matching contributions and employee stock purchase plan.

What You Bring
This role is on‑site at CoStar’s Pittsburgh office and requires a valid driver’s license and occasional travel for in‑person client meetings. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience in CRE, AdTech, PropTech, or related fields. • Consistently exceed sales quotas and demonstrate strong customer‑experience focus. • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Adapt quickly in a high‑growth environment and work both independently and within teams (preferred).
