Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fort Worth - Hybrid)
Coordinate candidate experience and interview logistics for talent acquisition.

About the Role
You will work closely with recruiters to facilitate a great candidate experience from interview scheduling through first‑day preparation. Responsibilities include coordinating virtual and in‑person interviews, managing Outlook and Teams logistics, handling resumes, interview guides and travel arrangements, and assisting recruiters in tracking interview feedback. You will also track team metrics and candidate progress using Workday, monitor background and drug‑screen processes, provide general customer service to candidates, develop tools for recurring requests, suggest process improvements, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Schedule and manage virtual and in‑person interviews, including Outlook appointments, Teams links, resumes, interview guides, and travel logistics. • Track interview feedback, candidate metrics, background checks, and onboarding status in Workday. • Provide proactive customer service to candidates throughout the hiring process. • Develop tools and solutions for recurring recruiting requests and suggest process improvements. • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate information. • Utilize talent acquisition technology such as Workday, HireRight, and Yello. • Participate in mentorship and the SocialTalent Learning Program to enhance recruiting skills.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong written and verbal communication, exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail, and preferably two or more years of HR or recruiting support experience and familiarity with an applicant tracking system.
