About the Role

As a District Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and maintaining business within an assigned territory. This outside sales role leverages your Pre-Engineered Metal Building knowledge, professional communication, and selling skills to meet annual sales growth targets. You will develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in CRM according to company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high-level strategic relationships with existing customers. • Apply excellent time management and organizational skills to focus on high-impact sales activities. • Maintain a solid work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
