Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Manage payment reminders and collection calls • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and work up to 50 % of time outdoors • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior curb appeal

What You Bring
