About the Role

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and escalate as required. Perform risk management and review with the PMO manager to minimize project risks. Review financial obligations, time bars, and bank guarantees to ensure compliance with those requirements. Review and discuss technical challenges and gaps with the engineering team and ensure they are addressed promptly. Convert commercial and technical gaps into opportunities. Coordinate and manage project resources, such as the project coordinator and document controller, effectively and efficiently. Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution. Develop a detailed project plan and schedule to track progress and provide fortnightly updates. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Meet financial objectives by forecasting regularly, updating SAP, and reporting changes to the PMO Analyst and PMO manager. • Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, escalating issues when needed • Conduct risk management reviews with the PMO manager • Ensure compliance with financial obligations, time bars, and bank guarantees • Identify and resolve technical challenges with the engineering team • Convert commercial and technical gaps into project opportunities • Manage project resources, including coordinators and document controllers • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution • Create and maintain detailed project plans with fortnightly progress updates • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Forecast financials, update SAP, and report changes to PMO personnel

What You Bring

Require at least 5 + years of project management experience in the electrical industry. Possess solid technical knowledge of project systems, tools, and methodologies such as SAP.
