About the Role
• Plan and prepare geotechnical investigations or design activities that impact major company programs. • Participate in marketing efforts for both internal and external clients. • Organize, conduct, and manage geotechnical investigations for transportation and other projects. • Perform technical geotechnical analyses, prepare reports, and coordinate recommendations with designers. • Serve as a Technical Specialist or Project Manager on large projects as needed. • Supervise professionals, technicians, and design teams.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. • Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, GIS, and CADD applications. • Experienced with GeoStudio/Ensoft for slope stability, settlement, seepage, and deep foundation analysis. • Familiar with Bentley geotechnical data management and visualization tools (gINT, OpenGround, LeapFrog). • Knowledge of advanced numerical modeling techniques (Finite Difference, Finite Element, Discrete Element) and related software such as Bentley, PLAXIS, Itasca FLAC.
