About the Role
The internship provides first‑hand insight into the processes, systems, and practices that ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and leading‑edge technology. Interns participate in focused training, team meetings, and project work, and they present their results to the organization. Throughout the program, each intern is paired with a buddy and a manager who provide coaching, mentoring, and support to help complete assignments and develop new skillsets. Participants also become familiar with Baker Hughes’ Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) culture and the company’s strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements. • Learn and use internal software tools to support project tasks. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and fellow interns to network with global business leaders. • Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to ensure compliance.

What You Bring
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM, or business‑related field. • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent). • Fluent in oral and written English with strong communication skills. • Authorized to work in the country of application without sponsorship. • Able to work flexibly and adapt to preferred working patterns.
