About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative will develop and maximize the Temporary Containment Wall market within an assigned territory, focusing on healthcare construction, infection control, and related fields while building Sunbelt’s national brand identity. • Promote Sunbelt’s safety culture. • Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow existing and new customer base for Temporary Containment Walls. • Prospect and solicit business via phone calls, planned visits, and cold calls throughout the assigned territory. • Provide technical sales and application solutions; prepare detailed proposals to close deals. • Coordinate project specifications with internal teams to meet customer timelines and requirements. • Monitor market data, competitor activity, and maintain daily CRM entries of sales calls and job site details. • Achieve annual territory sales targets and KPI’s in partnership with management. • Deliver technical training, product demos, and support throughout the TCW project lifecycle. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from planning through project completion. • Build relationships with local, regional, and national sellers across general tool and specialty divisions. • Work independently to meet sales objectives without detailed day‑to‑day direction.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of construction‑related sales. • Demonstrate a proven track record in consultative selling. • Maintain a strong construction background and ability to learn engineering concepts. • Possess working knowledge of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) standards (preferred). • Be a self‑starter with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and results‑driven. • Exhibit strong problem‑solving, organization, and ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently. • Show solid project management, new business development, and customer retention skills. • Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time depending on territory.
