Job Highlights
About the Role
The architect will conduct feasibility studies, analyze historical data, interpret codes, develop front‑end specifications, and perform site surveys to identify deficiencies. They will also coordinate permitting, oversee construction administration, conduct inspections, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct technical and feasibility studies, interpreting historical data, surveys, and as‑builts. • Apply industry, accessibility, building, and design codes throughout design and construction. • Review designs, test materials, and perform calculations. • Prepare permitting and approval documentation and develop front‑end project specifications. • Perform site surveys, produce existing‑conditions drawings, and identify code, ADA, and life‑safety issues. • Ensure quality control by checking work for accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines. • Manage construction administration: lead meetings, respond to RFIs, issue ASIs, review payments, and close out projects. • Conduct site inspections, document conditions, and assess design and construction risks. • Lead a small design team when assigned. • Maintain licensure through required LUs and pursue LEED accreditation.

What You Bring
The position requires a professional architecture degree, licensure, and at least six years of experience. Candidates must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture 2022, familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore, and may have 3D rendering skills. Ongoing licensure maintenance and pursuit of LEED accreditation are expected. • Hold an accredited professional degree in architecture and active licensure. • Minimum six years of architectural experience. • High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture 2022, with plan annotation skills. • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore. • Ability to use 3D rendering software (optional). • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
