About the Role
The role involves managing day‑to‑day HR administration, handling employee communications, onboarding, exits, data collection, and supporting HR programs while ensuring compliance with payroll and statutory requirements. • Administer daily HR processes and ensure accurate transaction execution. • Communicate HR policies, address employee queries, and manage frontline issues. • Support onboarding, maintain real‑time personnel files, and coordinate exit formalities. • Collect, analyze, and report HR data to support departmental activities. • Process complex data requests and ensure payroll and statutory compliance. • Identify and flag issues for HR managers or business leads. • Provide specialized administrative assistance to team managers and employees. • Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical methods for bulk data analytics. • Prioritize tasks with urgency, build relationships across all organizational levels, and exemplify JCI values.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Master’s in Human Resources, have 4+ years of HR data analytics or HR operations experience, preferably in a shared services/BPO or US MNC environment, and be comfortable working shifts. Proficiency in bulk data processing, statistical analysis, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to Workday HRIS is desired. • Work with Workday HRIS (preferred) and handle data processing in a shared‑service setting.
