About the Role
The Senior Vulnerability Researcher/Reverse Engineer will investigate hardware and software systems to discover and exploit unique vulnerabilities, often referred to as zero‑days. The role involves deep technical analysis, proof‑of‑concept development, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver actionable security insights for government customers. • Reverse engineer system and software executables using tools such as Ghidra, Binary Ninja, or IDA Pro • Identify and assess software weaknesses and vulnerabilities • Develop proof‑of‑concept exploits to demonstrate exploitability • Mentor and collaborate with fellow vulnerability research and reverse engineering engineers • Document findings in reports, GitLab, Ghidra databases, and Confluence • Present technical results to government clients and internal stakeholders

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or 2 years experience in lieu of degree) • 8+ years of relevant experience in vulnerability research and reverse engineering • Expertise in reverse engineering across x86/64, ARM, MIPS, RISC‑V, and other architectures • Proficiency with disassemblers (IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, Ghidra) and mitigation bypass techniques (DEP, ASLR, ROP) • Ability to research operating systems and applications to evaluate design and implementation flaws • Experience modeling in‑memory compiled behavior and scripting in Python or similar language • Strong C/C++ development background • Active Top‑Secret security clearance • Knowledge of modern exploitation techniques, tools, and methodologies • Experience with hypervisor security research • Malware analysis capabilities • Ability to analyze network protocols across all OSI layers • Development experience for embedded and IoT systems
