About the Role
You will work with a team to support major and minor event investigations, assist during aircraft‑on‑ground (AOG) situations, and serve as the focal point for International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) investigations, accidents, or incidents. The position involves providing timely technical and parts‑supply assistance and frequently working from customer support offices, with occasional short‑term international assignments and up to 10 % travel. • Provide operational fleet and service delivery support to civil engine customers. • Investigate major/minor events and assist during aircraft‑on‑ground (AOG) situations. • Coordinate ICAO investigations, accidents, and incidents as the liaison between Rolls‑Royce, operators, and airworthiness authorities. • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10 % and work from customer support offices, including short‑term overseas assignments. • Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels to facilitate communication and data collection. • Monitor warranties, guarantees, and airline debt, reporting significant trends. • Contribute forecasts, fleet plans, and identify sales opportunities for Rolls‑Royce products and services. • Support new product introductions and prepare customers for product receipt.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has an associate degree plus four years of aviation or aerospace experience, a bachelor’s degree with two years, a master’s/PhD, or six years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include an FAA Airframe & Powerplant license, knowledge of gas‑turbine operation, airline line‑maintenance practices, and a customer‑facing background. High self‑motivation, flexibility, initiative, and communication skills are essential. • Associate degree with 4+ years experience, or B.S. with 2+ years, or Master’s/PhD, or 6+ years in aviation/engineering. • Preferred: FAA Airframe & Powerplant license and experience with gas‑turbine operation and airline line‑maintenance practices. • Demonstrate high self‑motivation, flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills.
