About the Role

Key responsibilities include driving sales growth by managing current accounts and acquiring new customers, expanding market share of Motion Control Solutions products, and maintaining a robust pipeline that meets revenue, win‑rate, and closure‑velocity expectations. The sales professional will conduct quarterly business reviews, document all activities in the CRM system, and prepare accurate annual forecasts, market assessments, and district plans. Collaboration with distribution partners is essential for coordinating training, joint account efforts, and corporate programs, while also keeping leadership informed of market trends, competitive movements, and customer developments. Effective expense management and adherence to Regal’s Ethics, Safety, and Environmental Compliance programs, including export and import regulations, are required, with travel of roughly four to six nights per month. • Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers in the Southern Boston territory. • Expand market share of Motion Control Solutions through OEM, MRO, and distributor engagement and product training. • Maintain a strong pipeline, meet revenue and win‑rate targets, and log all activities in the CRM system. • Conduct quarterly business reviews, provide market assessments, and prepare annual sales forecasts. • Partner with distribution partners on training, joint account initiatives, and corporate programs. • Manage territory expenses and travel (approximately 4–6 nights per month) efficiently. • Follow Regal’s Ethics, Safety, and Environmental Compliance policies, including export/import regulations.

What You Bring

This position is open only to candidates who live in or around the Southern Boston area. The role focuses on growing existing accounts and pursuing new customer opportunities within the assigned geographic territory to expand product presence. Reporting directly to the supervisor, the incumbent will collaborate closely with OEMs, MRO accounts, and industrial distributors to drive sales, provide product training, and support key market initiatives. Candidates must hold a BA/BS degree or possess eight or more years of equivalent experience in industrial sales, together with at least four years of outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting. A strong mechanical aptitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and competent computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required. The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects is essential, and applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Required: BA/BS degree or 8+ years industrial sales experience, 4+ years outside sales, mechanical aptitude, strong communication, MS Office proficiency.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000, plus a 30% SICP bonus, with final compensation dependent on factors such as location, experience, and skill set.
