About the Role
In this role you will manage front‑desk operations, assist residents and visitors, handle communications, maintain security and emergency systems, process mail, keep resident records current, support various departments, order supplies, attend training, follow all regulations, aid marketing efforts, and perform additional duties as needed to support the community’s success. • Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor • Answer and screen incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries as needed • Monitor security systems, including alarms and resident emergency call systems • Process incoming and outgoing mail for the community • Maintain and update emergency contact information and resident face sheets • Provide administrative support to various departments, including the Business Operations Director • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations • Participate in all scheduled in-service training sessions • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures • Assist with marketing efforts by providing community information to potential residents and their families

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working with seniors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly are required, along with a customer‑service orientation, attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities, and problem‑solving skills. Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 25 lb, flexibility for varying shifts including evenings and weekends, and knowledge of the Beverly area are also valued. • FSA (Commuter/Parking)

As the first point of contact for guests and residents, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and help ensure a positive experience for everyone who enters the community. Salary ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.
