About the Role
What will I be doing? You will engage directly with resort guests to promote concierge services, educate them about available amenities, guide them to Marketing Desk locations, and share promotional material. You will also serve as the primary contact for guests and visitors seeking information on resort promotions. • Engage guests face‑to‑face to promote concierge services. • Educate guests about amenities and direct them to Marketing Desk locations. • Distribute promotional material and answer guest inquiries about resort promotions. • Participate in the HGV matching Retirement Savings Plan automatically. • Access industry‑leading training, cutting‑edge technology, and ongoing support.
