About the Role
Mechanics repair trucks and equipment serving over 20 million customers, using modern tools to maintain diesel and CNG fleets. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing various systems, estimating costs, adhering to standard labor times, responding to emergency breakdowns, performing safety checks, documenting work, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on various vehicles and equipment • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns • Conduct safety checks on vehicles • Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times • Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports • Maintain a clean, safe work area complying with corporate and OSHA standards

What You Bring
Candidates need at least four years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be 18 or older, legally eligible to work in the United States, able to meet physical demands, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. Successful team members are collaborative, capable of working independently, enjoy varied challenges, and are determined problem solvers. The job requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, constant standing, walking, and occasional sitting, as well as exposure to cuts, burns, chemicals, dust, noise, and weather extremes in both indoor garage and outdoor conditions.
