About the Role
As a Handy Person/Facilities Operative for Corporate Accounts – Work Dynamics EMEA, you will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that support the overall operations of our facilities management business. The role includes carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work and general repairs, working closely with the facilities management team to meet maintenance needs efficiently and effectively. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to accelerate connections between candidates and opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills and qualifications while protecting personal data in accordance with our privacy notice and equal‑employment policies. • Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, handyman). • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform timely repairs. • Inspect buildings regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. • Install, repair, and maintain fixtures and equipment such as light bulbs, faucets, doors, locks, and furniture. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems. • Complete work orders and keep accurate records of time, materials, and work performed. • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for larger repair projects. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Uphold high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship. • Maintain a neat, organized workshop and inventory of tools and supplies.

What You Bring
The position is based on‑site in Limerick, Ireland, and we encourage applicants to apply even if they do not meet every requirement, as we value potential and diverse experience. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Demonstrate proven experience as a Handy Person or similar maintenance role. • Possess basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting work. • Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. • Show excellent time‑management and organizational abilities. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. • Maintain physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.
