About the Role

What You Bring

The role assists skilled craft workers with assigned duties and may work in other crafts as appropriate to training and skills, taking direction from higher‑skilled workers or foremen. The position requires basic math proficiency, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn and improve. • Use effective math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or high school diploma (preferred). • Have 1–3+ years of industrial/commercial construction experience (preferred). • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.). • Reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel, bend occasionally. • Use telephone, computer, email on a limited basis for communication.
