About the Role

• Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Design large mechanical projects, prepare reports and specifications, and provide technical leadership. • Deliver consulting services such as due‑diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility reports. • Develop sustainable mechanical solutions and produce concept and detailed drawings. • Oversee production of drawings to meet client requirements and standards. • Coordinate with design team, owners, and contractors. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts, including Add‑Service Agreements. • Conduct business development activities, participate in trade organizations, and create presentations. • Set project budgets and schedules. • Participate in QA/QC review of staff work. • Manage staff resources and conduct performance reviews.

What You Bring

• Hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering. • Earn a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. • Have at least 8 years of consulting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or project manager role. • Experience designing mechanical systems for commercial, mixed‑use, mission‑critical, life‑science, or R&D facilities. • Demonstrate strong coordination across architectural, structural, electrical, and telecom systems with a focus on constructability and cost. • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. • LEED AP accreditation is highly preferred.
