Dining Server (Part-Time)
Serve meals, take orders, assist residents, ensure dining area safety and service.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Take resident dining orders attentively, remembering names, special requests, and dietary restrictions. • Set up the dining room with silverware, napkins, menus, and condiments. • Clean and sanitize the dining area, menus, kitchen, and serving stations. • Follow safe food‑handling practices and assist in preparing beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments. • Support residents with special dining requests and document meal attendance. • Assist with special events and attend required in‑service training. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and community policies. • Stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 lb, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching. • Use proper body mechanics when supporting residents.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED (preferred). • At least one year experience in fine‑dining hospitality or senior‑living service. • Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time‑management skills. • Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. • Experience working with seniors.
