About the Role
The Sales Senior Specialist role focuses on Completions & Well Intervention within Baker Hughes, a leader in well construction and production. The team delivers innovative physical and digital solutions that improve efficiency, increase production, and enhance reservoir value while partnering with on‑site operators and customers to maximize well performance. In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for external customers, fostering relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with at least four years of marketing or sales experience, and a minimum of three years in oilfield sales or Completions & Well Intervention operations. Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to develop and execute objectives for yourself and others are essential. • Require minimum 3 years oilfield sales or CWI experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
