About the Role

In this role you will collaborate closely with the engineering team and the wider asset group, providing hands‑on technical expertise. You will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance, managing machine shutdowns, completing schedules and solving problems while continuously seeking ways to boost asset reliability. • Support site operational activities and collaborate with engineering teams to provide hands‑on technical support. • Perform planned preventive maintenance, including scheduled machine shutdowns and schedule completion. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns, assisting with repairs on assets. • Continuously improve asset reliability by identifying issues and implementing proactive solutions. • Ensure compliance with Kimberly‑Clark safety systems and promote a “go home safe” culture. • Contribute to TM3 performance targets and line safety performance. • Lead and prepare planned maintenance activities and shutdowns. • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop effective solutions to operational challenges.

What You Bring

The position requires an indentured apprenticeship or an HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and the ability to analyse data, identify problems and develop practical solutions.
