About the Role
As a Sprinkler Installer you will install fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial and industrial applications, performing work safely, efficiently, and professionally while meeting customer and project requirements. The role may require alternative shifts, weekends, or night work depending on jobsite needs. • Install wet, dry, pre‑action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems efficiently and neatly • Follow verbal and written instructions and guide apprentices • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards • Safely carry and move tools and equipment up to 70 lb • Perform physical labor in challenging environments (climbing ladders, scaffolding, operating high‑lift equipment) • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You Bring
We seek candidates who have completed an approved apprenticeship program with at least two years of journeyman‑level experience, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and can work independently with strong organizational and communication skills. Physical capability, teamwork, and willingness to work night shifts are essential. • Demonstrate a positive attitude and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment • Completion of an approved apprenticeship program with at least 2 years journeyman experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Physically capable of performing essential job functions • Willingness to work night shifts as required
