• Perform maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across multiple trades. • Carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing tasks. • Address leaks, condensation, damp and mould issues in residential properties. • Provide high-quality customer service to tenants and property owners. • Meet deadlines and work efficiently on assigned jobs. • Work 40 hours per week on a permanent contract in Wimbledon and surrounding areas.

What You Bring
Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Trade Operative with experience across multiple trades to join its leaks, condensation, damp and mould team. The successful candidate will deliver first‑class service to properties in Wimbledon and surrounding areas, handling maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across specialist and secondary trades. Work will be carried out efficiently and within required deadlines. Key responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing, with a strong emphasis on addressing leaks, condensation, damp and mould. The operative must provide excellent customer care, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be willing to use a company vehicle for work purposes. A Basic Criminal Record Check and eligibility to work in the UK are also required. • Hold a valid UK driving licence and use a company vehicle for work purposes. • Pass a Basic Criminal Record Check and be eligible to work in the UK.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £36,000 to £41,000, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Wimbledon, working 40 hours per week on a permanent contract. Employees benefit from the starting salary, regular overtime, a company bonus scheme, and the provision of a van and tools. An additional £125 monthly London Weighting Allowance is provided for operatives working in the London region.
