About the Role

The Key Account Manager – Service Sales reports to the General Manager Key Accounts, Field Services and is based in Vadodara or Ahmedabad. The role supports Schneider Electric’s Power and Digital Power Services business for key accounts in India’s West Region. Responsible for driving growth in digital, consulting, and modernization services, the manager will increase recurring revenue through AMC/OTC contracts and pitch sustainability solutions to C‑level executives. Success will be measured by KPIs such as recurring services, digital services, and modernization business. • Promote and sell Schneider Electric’s digital service solutions to key accounts, ensuring adoption. • Expand consulting audit business using sustainability solutions to identify efficiency gains. • Identify and develop modernization opportunities in critical facilities, offering tailored circularity solutions. • Grow recurring revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), On‑Time Contracts (OTC), and other service agreements. • Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives on sustainability and digital transformation initiatives. • Execute consultative selling for site upgrades, modifications, and digital offers. • Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in bFO (Salesforce) and report KPI progress.

What You Bring

• Own end‑to‑end account management to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention. • Possess 5+ years of high‑achievement sales experience in services, solutions, or equipment sales. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering. • Demonstrate strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills at all organizational levels. • Motivate teams, multitask, deliver results in a matrix environment, and travel up to 50% within Western India.
