About the Role
The position focuses on supporting and maintaining Oracle E‑Business Suite and related Oracle Cloud applications, collaborating with functional teams, and helping translate business needs into functional solutions. • Support and maintain Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP applications in collaboration with the functional team. • Gather business requirements and engage in functional design discussions. • Configure and set up Oracle EBS modules and relevant Cloud applications according to business needs. • Perform system testing for ERP changes and enhancements. • Create and update process documentation, user manuals, and training materials. • Conduct user training sessions for ERP modules and functionalities. • Resolve end‑user functional issues and inquiries related to the ERP system. • Work with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement ERP process improvements. • Develop expertise in Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Projects, Procurement, and Human Resources. • Keep abreast of ERP trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, and have a basic understanding of ERP concepts, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment. All employees are expected to actively participate in HDR’s employee‑owned culture, demonstrate attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency, while embracing the company’s commitment to inclusivity and its eight Employee Network Groups. • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • Basic understanding of ERP concepts and exposure to Oracle E‑Business Suite. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and work collaboratively. • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and attention to detail. • Local candidates preferred.
