About the Role

• Perform trade‑specific tasks on a construction site. • Oversee crew productivity. • Ensure schedules and deadlines are met. • Conduct layout activities as needed. • Take off materials when necessary. • Handle material, tool, and equipment requisitions. • Execute planned maintenance tasks. • Start up equipment with proper documentation. • Carry out quality control inspections. • Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics. • Maintain good physical condition for extended standing. • Keep tools and work area clean and orderly. • Work in outdoor, indoor, dusty, noisy, and hazardous environments, including high places and confined spaces. • Perform tasks in all weather conditions.

What You Bring

The Sheet Metal Installer performs journeyman or master‑level duties across multiple trades—including plumbing, piping, sheet metal, electrical, ironworking, and welding—on construction, finishing, and repair projects. The position requires technical expertise, adherence to schedules, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment while delivering high‑quality results. • High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience acceptable. • Journeyman or Master License required. • Demonstrate dexterity and eye‑hand coordination. • Apply technical problem‑solving aptitude. • Know building codes and current regulations. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • possess expert knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials. • Exhibit a keen eye for detail. • Climb, balance, squat, kneel, crouch, and lift or move up to 50 lb. • Recognized industry awards and accreditations across construction, manufacturing, fabrication, and service.
