The HVAC Service Sales Representative drives growth and profitability for our HVAC Service business by establishing profitable service relationships with new customers and selling renewable maintenance agreements. The role operates within an assigned geographic territory, collaborating with local branch sales and operations teams. You will follow a disciplined sales process to identify, qualify, and contact prospective customers, building a referral network and conducting sales calls that uncover facility directors' pain points. By proposing innovative service solutions, especially digital offerings focused on sustainability and decarbonization, you will secure agreements, manage kick‑off meetings, resolve issues, and support the collections process.
