About the Role

The role involves designing products and coordinating their manufacturing process, collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and design teams to create industry‑relevant HVAC solutions that meet project and company specifications. Responsibilities include transforming ideas into high‑end products, using component selection software and 3D modeling tools, researching new technologies, updating existing designs for cost reduction and efficiency, and generating models, prototypes, drawings, and BOMs. The incumbent will test and validate new designs, stay current on product and component advancements, work with manufacturing to optimize designs for production, troubleshoot customer issues, and assist factory personnel with testing and assembly. Additional duties include providing technical training and materials to the Marketing and Sales departments, supporting project budgets and timelines, proposing cost‑reduction and product‑improvement initiatives, and maintaining consistent engineering documentation. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, three or more years of HVAC experience, and expertise with 3D modeling software like Autodesk Inventor (preferred) or SolidWorks, along with strong AutoCAD skills. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities, advanced analytical and design capabilities, troubleshooting expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and creativity. • Hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years HVAC experience and proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks. • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
