We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our community, ensuring smooth operations and a top‑tier living experience for residents. In this hands‑on role you will guide a dedicated team, uphold maintenance standards, and contribute to the company’s ongoing success. The Service Manager will inspire the team to excel in service, maintenance, and customer care, fostering trust, accountability, and support. You will proactively plan maintenance, handle repairs, and manage resources to keep the property running ahead of the curve. • Lead and mentor service/maintenance team to deliver high‑quality resident experience. • Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and resource allocation. • Serve as primary communication hub for residents, team, and cross‑functional departments. • Manage work orders, schedules, inventory, budgets and maintain accurate records. • Uphold professional standards in property upkeep and team development.

What You Bring

Effective communication is essential; you will be the primary contact for residents, staff, and cross‑functional departments, ensuring transparent and efficient interactions. Strong organizational skills will be used to manage work orders, schedules, inventory, budgets, and accurate records. We look for candidates with proven leadership in service or maintenance, strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Required qualifications include a valid driver’s license, a residence within a 30‑minute commute, and at least three years of managerial experience in an apartment community. • Proven leadership in service or maintenance, preferably large residential. • Strong problem‑solving and decisive decision‑making abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities. • Valid driver’s license and residence within 30‑minute commute. • Minimum 3 years of apartment community managerial experience.
