About the Role

• Provide advanced administrative and logistics support to the Denver office and sub‑regional staff. • Serve as the Office Safety Representative, ensuring safety compliance. • Reconcile lodging, rental vehicle, internet, utilities, and other office invoices. • Maintain records supporting project budgets and office operations. • Manage and improve administrative processes, implementing new workflow solutions. • Coordinate employee onboarding, changes, and exits with People Services, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. • Oversee asset management for vehicles, field equipment, computers, and peripherals. • Partner with IT to address software and hardware needs for staff. • Organize meetings, events, and employee‑engagement activities such as volunteer outreach and ESOP celebrations. • Arrange travel and scheduling for senior management and shared workspaces. • Supervise office facilities, liaise with landlords and service providers to meet workspace standards.

Reporting to the Senior Administrative Manager, North Region, the role may evolve to direct leadership of administrative staff while supporting field and office teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong people and time management, customer service, and safety support skills. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing real‑property and equipment, reconciling expenses, overseeing vendor relationships, and acting as the local Office Safety Representative. • Require high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of similar experience with supervisory duties. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); preferred experience with Deltek Vision and SharePoint. • Strong service‑oriented people skills, independent decision‑making, and excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to work proactively, solve problems, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Position is on‑site in Denver with up to 10 % travel to sub‑regional offices.
