About the Role
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) by performing peer reviews, QA/QC, and coordinating with supervisors. • Prepare work plans and man‑hour budgets for approval. • Manage quality control/assurance for all assigned projects. • Contribute to proposals, marketing support, and business development. • Mentor junior staff on technical and business practices. • Verify design compliance with local codes and code provisions. • Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver coordinated designs.

What You Bring
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. • 12‑15+ years experience designing building electrical systems. • Licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan. • Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards. • Proficiency in Revit, AGI Lighting, and power‑study software (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP). • Experience with switchgear, transformers, panelboards, generators, grounding, etc. • Proven ability to lead mid‑size and large projects. • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. • Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
