About the Role
The Contractor Licensing Coordinator II supports contractor licensing processes by managing inquiries and renewals. The role involves coordinating bonds, certificates of insurance, officer and qualifier signatures, officer lists, and financial statements to ensure timely submissions. Additionally, the coordinator prepares experience verification forms, assists in identifying qualifiers, and works with external parties such as licensing boards and consultants. The position also requires the ability to read, understand, and interpret state statutes and jurisdictional requirements. • Manage contractor license inquiries and renewals • Coordinate bonds, certificates of insurance, officer/qualifier signatures, officer lists, and financial statements for timely submissions • Prepare experience verification forms and assist in identifying qualifiers • Interface with licensing boards, consultants, and other external parties • Interpret state statutes and jurisdictional licensing requirements
