The engineer will lead software design, database creation, and implementation of controls standards for building automation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, specification compliance, and budget adherence. The role involves close collaboration with sales, creation of submittals and O&M manuals, testing and commissioning HVAC control systems, and documenting as‑built changes. • Required: High School diploma/GED, 1+ year experience with Bluebeam/Carrier i‑Vu/Tridium/BACnet, Microsoft Suite, DDC control theory, and HVAC/Building Automation. • Preferred: BA/BS in Engineering, willingness to obtain an electrical license within 6 months, strong computer networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
