About the Role
The Project Engineer is tasked with planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Construction Project Engineers collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to execute projects according to plan. The engineer monitors progress against the master schedule, oversees site execution to match drawings and specifications, and promptly notifies contractors of schedule delays. They ensure contractors’ work statements and methodologies are workable and adhered to, manage all site documentation, anticipate bottlenecks, and submit critical activity reports to the client. Additional duties include advising contractors on productivity, monitoring procurement of materials and labor, administering contracts, assisting QA/QC and safety teams, escalating abnormal developments, clarifying specifications with the Project Manager, tracking milestones and budgets, providing cost‑saving solutions, managing risk, implementing system requirements, and enforcing the construction and safety management plans. • Monitor project progress against master schedule and site execution to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications. • Promptly notify contractors of schedule delays and enforce adherence to work statements and methodologies. • Manage all site documentation and anticipate potential bottlenecks. • Provide critical activity reports to the client and advise contractors on productivity improvements. • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor, recommending improvements as needed. • Administer contracts and assist in resolving disputes. • Support QA/QC and safety teams, ensuring standards are met and job safety analyses are completed. • Escalate abnormal developments regarding progress, safety, quality, or resources to the Project Manager. • Track construction milestones, budgets, and implement cost‑saving solutions and change‑order negotiations. • Lead risk management processes and enforce construction and safety management plans.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with five to ten years of experience in building projects. They must possess technical awareness of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works, strong organizational and motivational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5–10 years of building‑project experience. • Demonstrate technical knowledge of civil, electromechanical, and architectural disciplines. • Exhibit strong organization, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
