About the Role

• Implement and configure CDEs, including metadata fields, permissions, folder structures and workflows. • Create and manage user accounts, security groups and access controls. • Support production of project documentation and ensure compliance with information standards. • Monitor document compliance, conduct audits of file naming and storage, and generate compliance reports. • Track workflow progress, report outstanding reviews and resolve blockers. • Provide regular progress reports and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests. • Act as primary point of contact for CDE queries, offering training and guidance to users. • Deliver advanced training for super users and administrators on CDE functionality. • Produce ad‑hoc usage and compliance reports for stakeholders.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will work alongside a highly skilled team delivering information‑management strategy through to project execution for global clients. Responsibilities include implementing CDEs, managing user access, ensuring document compliance, overseeing workflows, and providing training and reporting. The position offers exposure to cutting‑edge tools and techniques across a range of CDE platforms. Candidates should have at least three years of document‑control experience, a solid understanding of BIM, ISO 19650 standards and CDE/EDMS tools such as SharePoint or Autodesk Construction Cloud, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. A degree or equivalent demonstrable workplace experience is preferred, along with strong communication, leadership and analytical abilities. • Minimum 3 years experience as a Document Controller. • Familiarity with BIM and ISO 19650 (Part 2) standards. • Hands‑on experience with SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite or Dalux. • Experience with additional CDE/EDMS platforms and advanced features such as e‑procurement or ACC Take‑off. • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. • Independent, self‑motivated and methodical approach to tasks. • Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills. • Ability to lead meetings, team discussions and challenge stakeholders constructively.
